I had a distressing experience with the management during my stay. Initially, I had secured an extension to my booking, as my wife was recovering from surgery nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel overbooked, and we were asked to leave abruptly, which was quite inconvenient given our situation. While the reception and housekeeping staff were wonderful, this incident really marred our visit. The hotel could greatly enhance its guest experience by managing bookings more effectively.
